5 totalAs a diabetic who developed a Wagner level 3 open wound on my foot, care and attention given to me by the staff of this facility was nothing short than amazing. I had a list of concerns, and issues that the staff greatly assisted in getting me passed. Jameson and Dr. A were my primary caregivers. Their knowledge, wonderful bedside manner, and they're selflessness when coming to conclusions on my care. Made myself and my family very thankful for assistance. I would recommend this team to anyone, no matter how worried you are about it, and you will be in the best hands ever.
Everyone in the office is so nice and more than helpful. I feel like I’m getting the best care that you guys can give. Hailey works the front desk and she is super kind! Thanks for the great care!
Friendly Staff, always in communication and accommodation if really need it, i appreciate all the work, treatment and advice. To all the staff i thank you.
Understaffed. It is now 10:56am. I had a 9:45am appointment. I have yet to see a doctor. If you are understaffed, please call me to reschedule. Please do not waste my time. It’s now 11:17 am. Still no Doctor. Now dropping rating to one star. This is ridiculous. If this goes on much longer, I’m leaving. I am not very happy!
Just went in to ask a question to see if my referral came thru since Dr. Solis advised me to, and was greeted with an unwelcome presence May 25, 2023 at 1:55 pm. The extent of rudeness from this lady working the front desk was uncalled for saying “ this isn’t a walk-in, you can’t just walk in, as if I didn’t know that, I was just asking a question. I wasn’t sure if it was because I was in a wheelchair or if it was because I was black. Please believe you will be hearing my complaint ASAP! This was definitely uncalled for with all the head shaking and eye rolling soon as I was making my way up to the front desk. Update: I received a email the day after I posted this review from baptist south affairs department. I left 2 voicemails since nobody ever answers the phone. Here it’s now Friday, July 7th 2023, and still no call back or anything! Shows how much they care…..
