I wish I could give more stars for Dr. Amy Duncan and the whole office team! My mom got a pretty wicked spider bite in the Philippines and when returning to the states, it was this medical team that changed the game for my family! I can't express how thankful I am of their attentive care, kindness, professionalism, and expertise to support and treat their patients. They truly go above and beyond so the other positive reviews are legit! I would definitely refer them to anyone in need of wound care due to this amazing experience and genuine care for my mom. She has completely healed with no issues ever since, too!

5 Stars is not enough for this office. I had severe road rash from a bicycle accident and they treated me for 7 weeks. They were always on time, showed great compassion and were technically outstanding. From the front reception, the Doctor, the nurses to the nurse tech who rewrapped my wounds after the weekly debriding, all were outstanding. They insured the process was painless and they took great care to ensure that my wounds were properly treated. They gave me detailed instructions on how to change the dressings between office visits. You could tell that they really wanted the patient to have the very best outcome possible. Wholehearted recommendation!!

After a horrible experience with another wound care practice, our PCP sent my daughter to Baptist. We had been trying on our own for 4 months to get the wound to heal, but it took Baptist a month to get the wound to finally heal. They were fabulous with my special needs daughter as well.

Awesome staff! They took care of my wound gently and professionally. They even gave me a parting celebration on the day of my discharge. Dr. Duncan is surrounded with caring people, including herself!🙏❤️🙂
