Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hyperbaric.app (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Service Description

Hyperbaric.app is a global directory of hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) clinics. Our Service allows users to search for clinics, view clinic information, and submit reviews. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

User Accounts

To submit reviews and access certain features, you must create an account using Google or Apple OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with others.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

User Content

Reviews and Submissions

When you submit a review or other content to Hyperbaric.app, you are solely responsible for the content of your submission. By submitting content, you grant Hyperbaric.app a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• Your content is truthful and based on genuine personal experience.
• Your content does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, edit, or remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion. Content may be removed if it violates these Terms, is flagged by other users, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

Clinic Data

Clinic information displayed on Hyperbaric.app is sourced from Google Places and other publicly available sources. This data is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Clinic data may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

• We do not verify or endorse any clinic listed on the platform.
• Clinic listings do not constitute recommendations for treatment.
• Users should independently verify all clinic information before making decisions.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit fake, fraudulent, or misleading reviews.
• Defame, harass, or threaten any individual or organization.
• Post spam, advertisements, or unsolicited promotional content.
• Make medical claims, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations in reviews.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, compilation, and other materials on Hyperbaric.app, excluding user-generated content, are the intellectual property of Hyperbaric.app and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyperbaric.app and its operators, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• The quality, safety, or legality of any clinic listed on the platform.
• Any treatment outcomes or medical experiences.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in clinic data.
• Any user-generated content, including reviews.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hyperbaric.app, its operators, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including clinic websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
