4 totalI can't recommend The Oxygen Room in Bristol highly enough. I completed a full course on the pelvic floor chair and have been genuinely impressed with the improvement in my pelvic floor function. As a midwife, I spend much of my professional life supporting women to improve their pelvic floor health.
I've been using the HBOT machine here for the past 8 months and it has helped me tremendously throughout a very challenging period. The sessions have had a genuinely positive impact on both my physical recovery and my mental wellbeing.
I visited Jane at The Oxygen Room yesterday. I had a session in the oxygen chamber and a red light session. Wow! Jane is fantastic and so knowledgeable, she explained everything so clearly and was so kind and patient. I feel incredible today. Can't wait to come back.
A fantastic first experience using the Oxygen Room. Jane explained everything from what to expect before, during and after the treatment and answered any queries I had with such depth of knowledge. I hadn’t been feeling very motivated (it had been a long week!) and after the 60minute treatment I felt really refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to take on the rest of day. I can really see how this treatment can benefit me; my physical and mental wellbeing, and look forward to coming back!
