The oxygen chamber sessions have been amazing for my anxiety and dissociation – I feel noticeably calmer, clearer and more grounded afterwards. It’s also really supported my recovery when I’ve been feeling run down or unwell, helping my body bounce back quicker. Both Joanna's the owners are always so warm, professional and knowledgeable, which makes the whole experience feel safe and reassuring. The facilities are spotless and the chambers are top quality and very relaxing. I’ve been a repeat client and will absolutely continue coming back. It’s become such an important part of looking after my mental and physical health. Thank you so much! 💙

Highly recommended. I decided to have HBOT following surgery for wound healing. I loved that they didn’t try and oversell sessions and we discussed what would meet my specific needs. Also received discount on a package of sessions. The chamber is comfortable and has a light which you can have on a variety of colours or off if you so wish. I’ve been able to read in peace whilst improving my health. There is a call bell should you need to get someone’s attention however they are so lovely and attentive and regularly check in on you. I am really impressed by my healing so far and believe the therapy has aided speedy recovery from an infection I picked up. Fantastic service.

The hyperbaric oxygen chambers are really comfortable and the staff make sure you feel safe and looked after the whole time. They clearly know what they’re doing but they’re also kind and easy to talk 😃 After just a few sessions, I started to feel the difference — more energy, better focus, faster recovery, and just generally feeling healthier😌😌 If you’re thinking about trying hyperbaric oxygen therapy, honestly, this is the best place to do it. ⭐ Highly recommend! ⭐

The treatments have made a noticeable difference in my energy levels and have helped me manage ongoing fatigue in a way nothing else has. What surprised me most was the mood-lifting effect - it has a deep, lasting impact on emotional well-being and has been incredibly helpful for me in managing low mood and post-burnout symptoms.
