This was my first ever session of Oxygen Therapy and I throughly recommend! I was made to feel very comfortable and found it extremely relaxing. I have felt the difference already and slept like a baby that night. I will definitely be coming in for another session!

As soon as I entered the centre I was taken by how beautifully styled the interior was, lots of wood and plants. It felt a clean and healing space. Zohreh made me feel comfortable and safe, and the review of my medical history was thorough, which made me feel reassured about the treatment. I was treated with professionalism and care. The chamber is incredibly comfortable to lie in (despite my bad back) and was easy to relax. I was given a bottle of water, a little light, and informed of the contact button I needed help. Thoughtful and loving little touches throughout made them stand out! Highly recommended!

I was interested to try oxygen therapy but have never been in a hyperbaric chamber before. Any concerns or nerves I had were instantly put at ease and all my questions answered. This is a really warm and welcoming space, the clinic is clean, spacious and relaxing to be in. Inside the chamber I was surprised how spacious it felt. It was a very cosy space with beautiful cushions and blankets to make it comfortable, allowing me to move around to lay down or sit up as I wanted. I took a book in with me and enjoyed the opportunity to switch off for a while. Whilst there is some noise whilst the chamber pressurises, it wasn’t as loud or as distracting as I thought it would be. If you take in headphones, you could easily cover up the noise if you wanted to. Everything was clearly explained and I kept being put at ease throughout the treatment with regular check ins. Afterwards I felt good and quite relaxed. It would be interesting to see the benefits after a few more sessions.

I've been in the chamber about 7 sessions now. Primarily for migraines, inflation due to fibromialgia pain and stress. Recently my stress has increased due to caring for my ill mother and my child, generally feeling overwhelmed due to this. My migraines worsened because of all this and I've found the sessions to be really helpful. After each session I feel a lot more relaxed ,less stressed and really love the time for myself, it's like a mini break for me. The chamber is spacious and comfortable enough that I've used my time in there to catch up with emails or sorting through my endless to-do lists, or I'll just relax and switch off, I've even watched a movie on my iPad. Zohreh made sure to pressurise the chamber slowly and gently. It was comfortable for my ears, even when I've gone in with a slightly blocked ear it wasn’t a problem, she made sure to explain clearly what she was going to do and was present for pressurisation and depressurisation, that felt very reassuring for me. The chamber is spacious, not claustrophobic at all, I can easily move around or sit comfortably. There are cushions in there which I set up how I like, and a lovely soft blanket, she gave me a bottle of water too. Everything is well thought out and going for sessions is something I really enjoy. The clinic itself has a lovely feel to it, and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to switch off and get the wonderful benefits of the hyberbaric chamber.

Love this place. I tried out hbot as I saw it can be good for fatigue. Zohreh is super helpful, explained everything and she made me feel at ease at my first session. I've since done a block of 10 sessions. The space is really calming, and the chamber itself is much more spacious than I thought once your in. I always feel lighter, more alert and have more clarity and energy after my sessions. I've noticed that I'm sleeping better, and wake up more alert which has been a game changer! As a bonus I've noticed my digestion and skin have improved too. I'll keep booking in for sessions as and when I need.
