I visited HBOT last week for a session in the hyperbaric chamber and had a great experience from start to finish. Marta was incredibly attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and guide me through each step so I felt completely comfortable throughout the treatment. The session itself was really relaxing, and afterwards I felt fantastic — clear-headed, refreshed, and noticeably calmer. I slept like a log that night, which was a big bonus. I also spent 15 minutes on the massage chair afterwards, which was pure bliss and the perfect way to finish the visit. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to prioritise their recovery and wellbeing.

I spent 30 mins in the Oxygen tent which was a lovely experience. I could feel the tension slowly leaving my body & my mind clearing. I then had a 30 mins chair massage which was a very deep massage even on the low setting. I left HBOT feeling rejuvenated and had a great sleep. I plan to book a course of sessions. attended the drop in session to find out more about the treatments HBOT Oasis provide. As soon as I entered I was warmly welcomed by the staffs and shown around. The premises is beautifully set up and very clean. Whilst there I decided to try the hydrobaric treatment. Marta explained the benefits of the treatment etc. Whilst in the chamber Marta, was so supportive and reassuring. She checked on me many times, making sure I was okay.

Marta was so friendly and talked me through everything. The wellness clinic is really peaceful and a lovely calming place to be. I have never been in an oxygen chamber before but it was a super relaxing and painless. The massage chair was also very pleasant and reduced muscle tension. Would highly recommend!

The hyperbaric chamber left me feeling deeply relaxed, clear-headed, and energized. After just one session, I noticed improved focus, better breathing, and an overall sense of well-being. It’s a perfect therapy for anyone dealing with stress, fatigue, or simply looking to boost recovery. The 6D massage chair was beyond what I expected. The range of motion, pressure, and precision of the massage felt like a professional therapist. It helped release deep muscle tension, especially in my back and shoulders. The combination of heat and air compression added an extra level of comfort and relaxation. Highly recommend both treatments – perfect for physical recovery, stress relief, or just to treat yourself to something truly rejuvenating.
