3 totalI had the most incredible experience at Biohacking Manchester. I did the hyperbaric oxygen treatment alongside red light therapy, and from start to finish it was genuinely outstanding.
Great place for anyone looking to rehabilitate or just recover from training and looking after yourself in general. The owner Adam is a really nice guy, walked in today and told him about my problems with lower back, he recommended the cryo.
My second session in the cryotherapy chamber where I achieved -121°C, it felt amazing afterwards. Also gave the Hyperbaric oxygen chamber a go this time, excellent for boosting health and aiding in recovery. I can't recommend this place enough.
