Chedgrave Oxygen Therapy Centre

I had a motorcross accident breaking both ankles with 40 fractures in each leg , I started oxygen therapy soon as I come out of hospital, 2 months later and I’m walking on crutches , at this current time I’m over two months ahead on my recovery , I believe a lot of this is to do with the treatment I have received from clair and her amazing team , would highly recommend.

Following 5 months off work suffering from a health condition that left me unable to function or get out of bed for several weeks, I started weekly oxygen therapy sessions at Chedgrave, alongside a new medication, after a recommendation by a GP friend of mine. On the day of my 2nd session (which was in the evening) I was wiped out, totally exhausted, in pain & discomfort. Immediately after the oxygen session I felt calm & the feeling of sheer exhaustion was gone. The next morning I felt even better, when I woke up feeling rested, full of energy for the first time in over a year, and ‘awake’. Not only have the oxygen sessions really helped improve my symptoms & my recovery, but I also think more clearly now & feel far more alert. I’d definitely recommend trying an HBOT session if you’re thinking about it; you’re in safe hands with Clair, Kerry & Lisa, who are absolutely lovely, professional & who take great care of every patient who walks through the door.

As a local GP, I’ve observed many patients benefit from the services provided by the Centre over the past two decades! Initially focused on supporting individuals with MS and other neurological conditions, the centre has broadened its scope to include post-viral syndromes and wound healing, among other indications. The staff are incredibly kind, well-informed and approachable, and the centre offers regular sessions throughout the week. It continues to be an amazing resource locally; with so few centres around we are very lucky that it has found its new home just down the road from where it started in Chedgrave and continues to thrive. Rosie Huish my wife used the centre every Friday for many years sadly passed away on 29th may 2025 aged 50 we asked for donations rather than flowers we raised way more than our target so that others can still benefit from this centre and we wish everyone who helps run it and use it all the very best Rosie enjoyed her visits when it was still possible for her and never forgot about how much enjoyment she got from meeting people there as that as a social meeting place was just as important

Husband used the chamber for the first time today and the ladies we're just lovely! Fantastic that the therapy is charged at such affordable rates, other clinics charge a lot more.
