Can’t speak highly enough of this for of therapy. As a busy individual and ice hockey player iv found I’m sleeping better, strength and performance in the gym and on the ice is at an all time high. Definitely something I’m keeping in my recovery arsenal.
Had a great relaxing time in my first 1 hour session Monday afternoon, being on my feet at work all day.. this was the perfect time to shut of from the world, it was cosy and private. can’t wait to get back in for my second session .. I understand HBOTs chamber is proven to only awake enhance every part of the body! Nick at HBOT looks super healthy and was happy to explain everything before setting me sail, highly recommended service for fitness enthusiasts.
For starters great location in the country side. Nick and Leanna are friendly and explain well on how to become settled into the Hbot. Feels great whilst under treatment, I just had a snooze. Better sleep after and fast recovery from previous fitness activities. Highly recommend and looking forward to booking in more sessions with 2 atmospheres chamber.
The team at HBOT Co are incredibly knowledgable in this space, providing science-backed insights and are super passionate about their service which fills me with confidence as a user.
