I had been suffering with a groin injury and, after reading about how hyperbaric oxygen therapy can assist with tissue repair, reduce swelling, improve circulation, support faster healing, and help the body rebuild, I decided to get in touch. I'm so glad I did. The benefits have been incredible.
Now this I can recommend 1000%. Just done our 2nd session in the chamber and wow. Great location, the staff are brilliant, everything explained and then we are good to go. Hour session and it feels great. Slightly apprehensive at first when the mask is on but once you gain control of your breathing it's sit back and relax. Definitely booking again. Recommended.
I had my first hyperbaric oxygen treatment at Breath for Healing and it was amazing. The chamber itself was very comfortable and the 90 minute treatment passed quickly — I took a book in with me. I run 3 times a week and was curious whether it would make a difference. I could breathe more deeply immediately after the treatment and following a run 3 days later I found my breathing much easier.
