I'm not sure which part of the therapy is better, the Oxygen, or the wonderful, warm, empathetic woman providing it. Gill makes you feel welcome and cared for from the second you walk in the door. There's no judgment, only kindness as you enter the calming room where you relax as you receive your oxygen therapy. I always feel so much better after a session, both physically and mentally, and as someone with fibromyalgia and long covid have seen a big reduction in my breathing and fatigue symptoms.
A health and wellbeing centre in the heart of the Rhondda valley, its truly a little oasis that fills your senses the moment you walk in, it's a colourful space filled with an array of loveliness, and Gill makes you feel so welcomed, calm and relaxed....a great start 💛 There are numerous health treatments to choose from, plus the wonders of oxygen therapy coupled with the Quantum healing rods which is surely the most inavasive and natural way to heal...the only side affect is kicking your ailments sideways... and the return to good health. Highly recommended
I've visited Oxygen Therapy Wales a number of times for oxygen therapy. From walking in the door the welcome is so warm. Gill is so informative, kind and helpful. The room for the therapy is cosy and comfortable with gentle lighting, scented candles and relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend it.
What a gem. This is one amazing oppportunity not to miss a visit to the shop. The space is full of colour wherever you look. There is such a positive vibe when you walk through the door. There is so much on offer. Reflexology, massage, Indian head massage, Reiki healing, Quantum rod healing, Audiometrist and ear syringing, unique artwork sales. Highly recommended
