I recently tried a course of oxygen chamber therapy — and I'm genuinely impressed! My joints, where I have arthritis, felt noticeably less inflamed after just a few sessions; I now have less stiffness as I move.
I was introduced to oxygen therapy via Chris at Gateway, the process has been both fascinating and restorative.
