5 totalThe clinic was on time and prepared the nurses knew the history and the surgeon came in and told me all is good and try to stay off of the wound whenever possible.
I've been a patient of Dr Rand's for a couple years now, and this is the most compassionate and caring clinic I've ever been to. I have experienced a lot in the past 3 years, with the last year being extra difficult and challenging. Dr Rand is great and the nurses here are just next level incredible. I could not go through this anywhere else without the support of this incredible clinic. I am so grateful to this team and for all they do for everyone they see.
I had multiple surgeries before I came to see the wound care specialists. It was very easy and super simple. Would definitely recommend!
The two ladies that I had contact with were very nice. I startled by yelling out when my wound was touched by the nurse and she let out a little scream, which in turn startled the other lady who was just entering the room. It was comical. It eased some of my tension. The doctor himself was ok. Had a trainee with him. All in all a good place to go.
This team is absolutely fantastic! They are very professional and they have wonderful bedside manner! The explained everything to me in laymen’s terms from the necessary surgeries to the hospital wound care; including how necessary “protein, protein, protein” is in the healing process. They took great care in showing me how to continue my wound care at home and as a result I am in the clear and have been shown how to do my scar care! I want to give a shout out to Jodi and Dr. McClain for giving me the care and education for my healing, but the entire staff too! Thank you so much!!
