5 totalSo far, SO good! Staff is cheerful, friendly, and knowledgeable! They have a great "bed-side manner". They listened, and answered my questions too. I can't wait to go back! [For real! I have been dealing with leg wounds for years, but just keep getting mediocre care. After reading reviews, along with my 1st visit under my belt, I feel very hopeful!]
I started seeing them.because the wound care I had before them were making my leg worse. One month in with Az Wound and my leg is so much better. When I started my pain was a 10 and now some days I can honestly say I am.not in pain! I love everyone there we laugh and joke around which make the visits so much easier. Rich, Alex, Cali, and Peter are all great and Natalie doesn't torture me and Kristi at the front is always really helpful and pleasant! I have had my wound for over 4 yrs and I have had my share of wound care places that were not so great so I was so happy to find Az wound!
The PA Natalie is very good. I had a foot wound that was going on 2 and 1/2 months without any significant healing. She figured the problem out and two weeks later the wound is all but healed. Her assistants were helpful as well. The check in was fast the folks up front friendly.
I travel 2 hrs to take my mom to AZ Wound & Hyperbaric Medicine for treatment. I can't say enough good things about the clinic. They seem to really care about their patients, which nowadays is really hard to come by. They always have a smile on their faces and are pleasant to speak with. Keep up the good work guys! Thank you for everything you guys do!
Absolutely a delightful office staff. Christina help me fill out all my paperwork. Kelly who provided a wonderful sense of humor. Alex who help me get a chair I could sit comfortably in. & "Doc" Natalie who is since completely knowledgeable to my issue. And she make me feel as if I able to get help. All the staff did get excellent job providing what I needed to get the care I need. I highly recommend AZ. Wound Care @ 3811 E Bell Rd. Thank you ladies, I greatly appreciate you. Sincerely, Claudia W
