I had an amazing experience at the HBOT Center in Thane. The staff is professional and attentive. After a few sessions, I noticed a huge improvement in my recovery time and mental clarity. The center itself is clean and well-maintained. Definitely worth the visit!
I'm disappointed to share that my experience with Horizon Hospital consultant, RAJ SHEKHAR for HBOT sessions was subpar. While the concept of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy intrigued me, I felt oversold on its benefits by the consultant. Furthermore, I was given incorrect pricing information by him and we ended up being charged a higher amount than what was advised. Although I was willing to try this innovative treatment, my overall experience was mixed. On a positive note, the HBOT attendant SUMAN showed politeness and professionalism throughout the sessions. I hope the management takes my feedback seriously and improves their services to better serve patients in the future.
