This place is ridiculous. Appt at 9. Told to be here at 845. It’s now 10 am and the doctor STILL isn’t in here. This is BULLSHIT!! Patients have lives. We had an appt right after this at 1030 and now we have to reschedule because the doc is still in the room next to us having a grand old time laughing and talking with people. You need to do better. This isn’t fair to patients and caregivers. Do better!!!

If you're coming for wound care.......bring a blanket and pillow since you'll be waiting so LONG! I've been to many medical facilities, and this by far is the WORST for wait times. First appointment was 1hr 45 minute wait time, just to get in to a room and then another 20 minutes to wait for anyone to come in. The second time, it was over a 1hr and 30 minutes AGAIN! Another gentleman was seated in the waiting room and he been there 2 hrs!!!! How RIDICULOUS! Better off to go to an ER, you might get faster service, which is insane to say the least. I don't know how you can run a business like this?!?! I know if I was at a restaurant, we would've gotten up and left.....but since you're a medical facility, they think they have the right to do this to people?!?! This was our second but more importantly our LAST appointment at this joke of a facility! Find somewhere else to go! Oh, and there's hardly no parking. So good luck with that! Especially since 90% of patients are in a wheelchair or crutches.

Had an appointment here once, instead of trying to help me find the clinic I just got laughed at and told “good luck finding it”. I missed my appointment and my Dr put in another one and when I asked for a different location the referral rep Rachel got upset and just hung up the phone. Why does banner keep employing the worst kind of people who don’t know how to even talk to patients over the phone. Tired of this

I am reviewing for my fiance and after reading previous reviews of this facility It has confirmed my fiancé complaints and lack of good health/ wound care. Staff is complacent and seem to brush off patients concerns and rush him out of there. His wound on his legs has now gotten worse and to be honest never really healed. I would expect them to notice this and possibly escalate to another specialist or come up with another game plan to help him heal. Instead they do the same treatment week after week different nurse caring for his legs and re-wrapping them with no end in sight. I would not recommend this office to anyone or a loved one as their bedside manner is not tolerable as well.

Dr Majeed is not just a wonderful person but also a Doctor who really took great care of me. I met him while I was in a coma for about 2 months. As he said to me that I was practically half dead. I had sepsis, in a coma, sacral wound stage 3/4, my lungs nearly collapsed and I was just skin & bones. I was his miracle patient! My sister (my real life angel) was looking over me while Dr Majeed was taking care of my wound care. I am so grateful for my sister and Dr Majeed and staffs like Andrea and Rachel to name a few. This facility is amazing for wound care. I know because they saved my life.
