Zing Wellness Centre

I came in Feb. 25 to Michael for a one off Tui Na Chinese massage and acupuncture session. I was impressed so I came again and am still attending. Back then I lacked energy and I had aches and pains all over. From session one I felt an improvement. Since then I have benefited from massage and acupuncture sessions, hyperbaric and CO2 treatments, blood tests and analysis, nutritional advice and plain honest practical tips and now I feel so much better in every way. I am excited about beginning a programme of Intermittent Hypoxic Training in conjunction with learning breathing techniques . The people in Zing True Health Clinic are its greatest asset. True to the title of the clinic, the Zing team have put the zing back into my life.

I have been an avid cyclist for almost 30 years. Unfortunately due to injury I had to stop for the past 3 years. On attending Zing Wellness my life has changed for the better. With the multiple treatments available to me a treatment plan was formed. Now 3 months later I'm now back cycling 3 to 4 times a week and I've never looked back .

Zing Wellness Centre have been an amazing supporter of my kickboxing career for the last 2 years. I’ve had nothing but an extremely professional experience every time I availed of their recovery services, whether it was CO2 therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy or massages to help me recover from my training sessions. The staff are knowledgable and experienced and always make me look forward to returning. Can’t recommend them enough!
