Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine at St. Anne

I wish I would have done this earlier. Saved my teeth and tongue. Staff and doctors were the best.

I've been a patient here for a few months now, and I cannot imagine going anywhere else!! The nurse I favor has truly gone above and beyond to ensure my needs are met & my wound is healing steadily. I feel very comfortable here, whereas another experience at a different clinic in Auburn was a nightmare.... this location was immediately warm and welcoming. I'm extremely grateful for their continued care and concern for my health and wellbeing. The staff takes great care of their clients, and my doctor(s) are very good about being realistic, providing options, and updating me of progress. Plus, they work very closely with the other doctor(s) to ensure everyone is on board with my progress and next steps. The other part is that I feel the nurse I see the most deserves all kinds of recognition for being diligent & cares about his patients. Thank you Brian!!

I would avoid this clinic at all costs, unless you’re only suffering from a paper cut. My mother went to this clinic for several months with very little results. Since we have moved on to Swedish Wound care, I have realized that her wounds were probably way out of their scope of practice. In all her time there she was never referred to a specialist to see WHY these were happening so we could prevent future sores from starting. She needed prescription strength compression which she was not receiving there. At Swedish wound care she sees a vascular specialist who works in the wound care clinic and they’re almost healed! I was also unhappy with their hygiene practices, gloves were not changed frequently, and she suffered an infection at one point. Her wounds were literally at a standstill, and after only three months at Swedish, we finally have a light at the end of the tunnel and she should hopefully just be in compression socks instead of these bandages she has lived with for the last year and a half.

Staff is rude and they don't really care about their patients.
