Please go somewhere else. Without our knowledge, the doctor changed the diagnosis and put in their own authorization with our insurance company for hyperbarics even though we already had authorization from our surgeon and insurance company. The second time we needed hyperbarics they said it was not recommended for our sons condition despite the recommendation and authorization from our surgeon and insurance company again. No follow-up the second time we needed hyperbarics after providing additional information for our son whose follow-up treatment for his condition is the gold standard of care. Focus on patient care rather than coding for insurance, because of you all my son never got the additional treatments he needed. Dishonest and shady practices.

I would give Dr. Milliner Bozdemir Norsworthy if I could. She has no bedside manner and treated me as if the issue I’m having is my problem to deal with. She did not take the time to empathize with me or try to understand what I have been dealing with, instead she kept repeating “solutions” that had been tried and had not worked and rushed out of the room. I do NOT recommend going to this doctor. I plan to never see her again. I have never in my life had a doctor make me cry, until today.

I’m disgusted by the doctor that cared for me. My legs have huge wounds that are open sores. She seen I was on methadone and that changed everything. I’m in constant pain for three years now and she didn’t talk to me walked in looked at my legs said a few sentences telling me my methadone is causing the pain. RIDICULOUS! I’ve never asked for pain meds or anything like that I just wanted my wounds taken care of. She did nothing for me! Another doctor failed me regarding my legs she asked no questions but wanted to see my six.. Constant pain it begins to mentally. break u down over time I just wanted help for my legs.

This clinic is really good. I see Dr Norsworthy. I have been twice now. My wound already looks so much better in just 2 weeks. I have a dehisced surgical incision that went on for way too long as a different clinic wouldn't do anything other than put wet to dry gauze in it. I finally insisted on a referral to Wound Care and I'm so glad I did. The nurses are amazing and so is Dr Norsworthy. They are so thorough going over every centimeter of my wound. Wound care immediately stopped the gauze routine the other clinic had prescribed, and switched me to a more advanced protocol involving dressings that allow the wound to close up. They also debride it weekly to help it close correctly and to remove pockets of dead tissue. They also got me a wound vac, but my tunnel closed so quickly with the routine they prescribed that I probably won't need it, even though we thought I would when I first showed up. I am extremely grateful for Dr Norsworthy and the Wound Care team.

Super efficient office, great focus on patient care, i had a wound as a result of an infection and needed cleanup and dressing/compression. the staff (medical and nurses) are super friendly and took excellent care of my issue.
