Vida Recovery - Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

I can’t recommend Vida Recovery enough. I’ve suffered from severe hemiplegic migraines since I was 10 years old. For the past two years, they weren’t just headaches, they came with terrifying stroke-like symptoms and at times left me completely unable to function. At my worst, I was having migraines every single day for months not knowing when it would end. When I went to the NHS, they gave me every medication possible, even down to botox injections in my head, neck and shoulders which didn’t even work. Since starting treatment with Vida Recovery, the change has been life-changing. My migraines have reduced from daily attacks to around 2–3 per month, and the severity is dramatically lower. For the first time in years, I actually feel like I have control over my life again. The hyperbaric oxygen therapy has been incredible, but what really sets Vida Recovery apart is how much care they put into the entire process. They follow careful procedures to make sure every patient using the hyperbaric oxygen tank has the safest and best possible experience. Amna is an incredible person, and is the most empathetic and compassionate person you will meet. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take treatments seriously!
