We had a fantastic experience at under Pressure hyperbaric treatment center. The receptionist Diana is very friendly, manager Izaak is incredibly knowledgeable , explained every thing in details and medical technicians, Jasmine, Anam and Shabana are very professional and patience. The clinic is modern, spacious and creating a comfortable environment for everyone. Highly recommend their exceptional service .

Exceptional, well-run HBOT clinic. Our family explored several options across the GTA, and Under Pressure stood out. The initial consultations were thorough and thoughtful, with ample time spent discussing individual goals and reviewing relevant medical history and prior test results. We appreciated the clear, straightforward guidance Dr. Lyver provided, including candid discussions about whether HBOT was an appropriate option, or not in each case. The staff were excellent throughout. Clinic Manager Isaac, along with Diane, Jessica, and the other members of the technical team, were consistently attentive, professional, and focused on comfort, safety, and adherence to established protocols during each session. The facility itself is pleasant, well organized, and efficiently managed. Convenient free parking is an added bonus, particularly if attending multiple sessions. Highly recommended based on professionalism, transparency, and overall patient experience.

They can’t give a clear answer. Wasted our time. To the medical director if you can’t take a patient or don’t want to say it straight no need to pretend like you might and then say no Especially when it’s time sensitive This place also has fake advertisement on their website and taking credit for a treatment that the previous management did. Don’t advertise for recovery for anoxic brain injury if you don’t take patients in this condition

Our sister was doing the hyperbaric treatments, when she passed away. She had done multiple sessions the week prior to her death including 1 the day she died. When she came home from her last treatment she had chest pains and died that night. MAKES ONE WONDER........ When we called to let them know she had passed and would not be coming for the rest of her sessions. She had just purchased her next several sessions, and we asked about a refund. We were assured by Izaak, that he would issue a check right away. That was November 27, follow up email December 27, no reply. Called and spoke to Izaak January 10 and he said he would have to check with his accountant about status of refund. and was very nonchalant and not helpful about any of this. It is now 2 months after we were promised a refund and nothing. What a disgraceful way to treat a grieving family, and what a scam not refunding her money. Our sister would be absolutely appalled at this as are we. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone

There are so many great things to say about this place I don't even know where to start! •Facility is updated and lightfilled with an open and airy feel. •Bathrooms are clean and wheelchair accessible. •Numerous oxygen chambers well spaced out with plenty of changerooms. •Front waiting area with a TV for caregivers to comfortably wait for loved ones. •Parking is free with spaces right outside the entrance door. •Location in Clarkson village, with plenty of restaurants nearby and 5mins from the lake. (I'd often eat my lunch at the lake after treatments) The staff: Dr.Lyver has helped me recover from radiation damage to my body, wound healing difficulties and recovering from the toll cancer treatment took on my body. She has recommended things to help my recovery and I contribute my improved ability to function daily from her help at this facility. I was a shell of a person in tremendous pain and discomfort from the damage, as a single mother this is so difficult on myself and my kids. She helped turn that around and lead me to a path of healing with Oxygen chamber therapy. She is very knowledgeable and quite the amazing person. Can't thank you enough Dr. Lyver! 🫶🏾 The moment you walk in here are you'll be greated by amazing, friendly, considerate staff who truly care about their patients. When I first met Michelle and Izaak they warmly welcomed me. They were so helpful with my scheduling issues since I was juggling my younger kids at the time. Throughout my bouts of health issues they were able to accommodate my hectic schedule and I am so very grateful for their kindness! 🙏🏽 Jasmine and Larry were two of my technicians throughout my treatments. They always made me feel comfortable and took such kind and considerate care of me! This is a long review but I could honestly go on. When considering Hyperbaric treatments I highly recommend! 10/10
