Studio2 Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Cottesloe

My second time using HBOT. Long time Oura ring user for health. My sleep score normally sits around 70-80%. Last night it jumped to 93%. REM and deep sleep improved and time asleep improved. Fill more energy but also calmer. Thanks Sal for making the experience positive. X

I’m very grateful I’ve got the opportunity to access this facility so close to where I live, it’s a game changer for me. Nat runs the place beautifully and it’s also been therapeutic just engaging with her. Her attention to customer experience next level. Overall big thumbs up.

Sal was really friendly explaining all the benefits of the therapy to us. She went through the whole process putting my husband at ease and though he did not feel any subtle difference immediately after the first session he is definitely doing more sessions expecting a good outcome.

I was recommended Studio 2 in Cottesloe by a close friend, who told me how well it worked for him and his injuries. I recently had shoulder surgery, and was curious and booked myself in. I wish I did this earlier, I met with Nat and she talked me through everything, she is very knowledgeable and made so much sense. It’s easy to do, and I thoroughly enjoyed it, was great to zone out for an hour, and not only noticed less pain on my shoulder I had more mobility afterwards. I felt amazing after leaving, and had the best night a sleep. I can’t recommend Studio 2 enough, and will be booking myself back in again soon.

I had a wonderful experience at Studio2. It’s my first time trying out HBOT and I was worried and afraid of any potential side effects due to my long list of allergies and sensitivities from a few chronic conditions. Nat eased me into the process and I felt very comfortable. HBOT did give me a slight increase in energy after the trial session but effects on Lyme, mold and heavy metals issues is unclear as I think repeated sessions is needed before drawing a conclusion but cost can be a barrier. Overall it has been a great experience and Nat is understanding towards the chronically ill and the studio has a relaxing vibe.
