R3 Wound Care & Hyperbarics

I called R3 to find out if they accept Medicare for treatment. The woman I spoke with on the phone said I would have to come in for a consultation. I drove 20 minutes to get there today and the woman at the front desk said I would need an appointment and they don't take walk-ins. What a waste of time.

The care we have received, the answers to our questions, the diligence, all make this company top notch. We trully appreciate the help and recommendations. Eshia in the front del was so warm from my first call. Quanah was so informative. Constance was very thorough.

R3 has been taken care of me for the past 4 years on off. When I had to move to the Arlington location I was a bit scared. I was so wrong the staff here is as great and amazing as their Keller location. I feel I’m being well cared for and listened. From the front desk with Ms. ZaKaara she’s is quick and the best at communicating and getting all doctors notes and files needed in a timely FAST matter. Ms JasMarie is great at taking you the the room and prepping. Now let me talk about the best part of this team From Derek (who left 😣 this location ) to Quahan (I hope I spelled that right) yall are truly the best! Explaining every step of wound care and really caring for me! I don’t know what I would do without Yall! Simply the best! I wish I could add more stars!!! Thank you for all you do!

The staff here is so nice and professional. I just loved coming here, this is the only doctor's office that provides coffee and snacks. Dr Derrick, Felicia and Anna are wonderful. It feels like family

I been going to R3 wound care for few months. They have the best staff ever Felica, Derek & the receptionist make you feel like family. The location is clean, neat and the wait is fast. Today I rang the bell and I no longer to to go to wound care. I felt like I was leave my family. Thank for making my recover a great experience.
