R3 Wound Care & Hyperbarics

It was difficult at the beginning getting used to the chamber, but Ant the technician was very professional/great bedside manner. Brittany and Quan the wound care team took really good care of me, and Elizabeth made the experience so comfortable from the beginning explaining the whole process to me. Very good team, if you have any problems I firmly suggest that you ask for the head of the company, I had a couple of issues and the Safety Manager Terrence Payne refused to get back in touch with me after I personally emailed him on two separate occasions, Not the outcome you would expect from a Manager, I WAS DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTED. But overall it was a very healthy process and would recommend anyone to visit this location.

Cant tell you enough how amazing this place is. The doctor and nurses an the whole staff are absolutely phenomenal. My wound is something i could not handle mentally and they were so reassuring and uplifting, very comforting i knew i was in great hands.

Highly recommend R3! Song, Jaylea, and Sam were fabulous! They were very knowledgeable and compassionate during my treatment. Elizabeth at the front desk was always pleasant and scheduling was easy and convenient. The fact that it is located so close to home was a huge bonus! Thank you for taking such great care of me during my recovery. 💜

I love this place . Elizabeth at the front desk is so welcoming and sweet. Song Le is amazing and definitely cares well for his patients. The Nurses Jaley and Sam always have a smile and making sure you’re comfortable. Andrew is very sweet and you can tell he loves what he does. Thank you all for all you do . This place is really amazing

The entire staff at R3 is amazing. Always professional, and caring. You can tell they genuinely love what they do in the way they care for each of their patients. It will be bittersweet once my treatments are done but I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of wound care. Special thanks to Jennifer and Rosie.
