3 totalI spent a lovely brisk Sunday morning Rise and Reset with Kat. It was set out beautifully on the beach with fairy lights, as the sun wasn't up yet. We had a lovely meditation and some slow yoga before heading into the water.
I visited Marion for a Colon Hydrotherapy session last week. I cannot recommend her highly enough! She is lovely and very professional — she made me feel comfortable and at ease as soon as she opened the door.
I was anxious when I went for the first time as I didn't know what to expect. However, on arrival I was made to feel at ease instantly. The therapist Kat was kind, genuine and very informative, assuring all your needs were met.
