I highly recommend the Hyperbaric chamber, the Infrared and the massage. I have a number of injuries from my head to my hip and after some sessions everything feels better, the body feels softer. The staff are great and I will be back soon for more. Thank You
I was recommended to come here to help my recovery as I was part of the u20 Waterford football squad in 2026. I was taking through the oxygen chamber and infrared to help me recover from a hamstring injury thay I suffered in first game of championship.
