I brought my husband to Numa clinic after having a jaw surgery. The hyperbaric oxygen therapy was very effective in the recovery of his swelling. The staff were absolutely amazing looking after my husband in his wellness journey as well as making me tea whilst I wait for him. We did our research in choosing a place for oxygen therapy and Numa by far was the best choice!

Had a really fantastic experience here - I came in with sensorineural hearing loss. I was surprised to see treatment isn’t spoken about on the NHS when the results seem promising. Personally I’ve already had improvement after 3 weeks. The team are lovely. You’re looked after from start to finish and I couldn’t be more happy with it all! Would recommend to anyone with sensorineural hearing loss looking to cover all areas of recovery

I recently suffered a bicep ligament tear and was advised to consider Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) for post-surgical recovery by a close family member who is a Professor of Hyperbaric Medicine overseas. It is unfortunate that HBOT remains under-recognised and under-used in the UK, despite its established role in many healthcare systems in other countries. I completed a course of HBOT at NUMA Hyperbaric Oxygen Clinic, and the experience was excellent. I found the first part of the initial session slightly daunting, which I think is quite normal for anyone new to hyperbaric treatment. However, the team were immediately reassuring. The staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely supportive, which helped me relax and enjoy the rest of the course. The clinic itself is beautifully designed and maintained to a very high standard. It is immaculately clean, calm, and has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. From the initial consultation through to the final session, Dr Nur and her team were consistently attentive, professional, and thoughtful in their approach. I would confidently recommend NUMA as a medically led hyperbaric clinic in London for anyone exploring HBOT in a safe setting, with proper medical oversight and a genuinely caring team.

I am a physiotherapist by profession, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy had been on my radar for some time. I was familiar with its benefits, including improved oxygen delivery to tissues, anti-inflammatory effects, stem cell mobilisation, and support for repair and regeneration. I wanted to experience it personally and also understand it better as a potential option to refer my own patients. I chose NUMA Hyperbaric Oxygen Clinic because it stands out as a leading medical hyperbaric clinic in London, operating under full medical governance led by Dr Nur Ozyilmaz, a former NHS consultant with extensive clinical experience. I had a truly exceptional experience at NUMA, from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, welcoming, and beautifully organised. The clinic itself is immaculate, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. It feels professional yet warm, with a very reassuring atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff are lovely. Every member of the team was kind and genuinely attentive at every step. Nothing felt rushed or impersonal. They took the time to explain each part of the process and checked in throughout the sessions, which made the whole experience feel safe and very well cared for. My consultation with Dr Nur was excellent. It was thorough, clear, and extremely informative, and my treatment was clearly tailored to my medical background. What really stood out is that this is not a copy-and-paste approach. Each treatment plan is individualised, based on medical history and current clinical research, and delivered under full medical supervision. The hyperbaric chamber was very comfortable and clearly medical-grade, with proper BIBS masks, which gave me real confidence in the quality and safety of the treatment. Despite bringing a book, I found the sessions incredibly relaxing and ended up sleeping through most of them. Overall, the quality of care at NUMA is exceptional. It combines clinical excellence with a genuinely human, compassionate approach. I will definitely be returning and could not recommend this clinic more highly.

I used Numa Oxygen for my post-operative recovery and had an excellent experience. The machines are state of the art, and the oxygen delivery is optimal, using a medical-grade mask system rather than a wellness-style setup. Dr Nur is a wealth of knowledge in this field. She took a great deal of time during my consultation, explained everything thoroughly, and I felt very well looked after. The entire team was wonderful — clinic assistant Sonay, and the ladies who operated the machines and carefully checked my vitals before and after each session. Everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely charming. I was genuinely sad when my ten sessions were over and will truly miss the team. I can highly recommend Numa Oxygen for anyone considering oxygen therapy as part of their recovery.
