5 totalDr. Oliver III was great! He really knows what he's doing. He treated me with respect and was really kind. The nursing staff were wonderful. If I ever need wound care services again, I will definitely go bavk!
Dr. Adam Silverman and the entire staff at the Rosedale office were very supportive and were pivotal in the appropriate treatment of my wound care needs for a period of nearly 8 months. Highly recommended.
BLUF: No satisfied I was referred by my podiatrist for hyperbaric treatment for a slow healing wound. Provided referral and was given an appointment a week later. Somehow MVS felt I was there for wound consult (although I was under the care of another practice) and proceeded to do a wound care workup. Only then did I find out that they were doing the wrong workup, that I would need another appointment for a hyperbaric workup the next week, and the only availability for hyperbaric treatment was north of Baltimore. I went home, searched and found an alternative hyperbaric provider in Columbia and had my first treatment the next day.
What a knowledgeable and caring staff works at this hyperbaric treatment center. The doctor treating my husband made us aware of other serious health issues that were affecting my husband's recovery and overall health. Without Dr. Raymundo going the extra mile, who knows what might have happened to my husband. The technicians were fantastic, always there for my husband. And lastly, Tammy on the front desk was a God-send for me. She kept me cheered up and helped me keep track of the scheduling. Added to that, the facility is clean and easy to get to. If one has to have this type of treatment, choose this place as the people are great!
I had an extremely painful ankle ulcer. The wound was initially larger than a silver dollar. My treatment started at another facility; however, though the wound decreased in size, I felt it was taking too long to heal. I eventually found my way to Hyperheal. I received excellent care, and the wound finally closed. Hyperheal is a wonderful, well kept facility. They always got me in and out in a relatively short time, and the entire staff is friendly.
