Great team and environment. I called to treat symptoms from concussions I'd had. Their team was helpful in providing information about the sessions and found me an appointment within the week. Very happy with the results.

I had a great experience at Les Cours Hyperbaric Centre. The facility is very clean and welcoming, chambers are new, and the staff is professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. I had a sudden hearing loss and was able to get an appointment same day to start my hyperbaric treatments. I'm a physician so while I am comfortable with the idea of treatments it is always stressful getting something yourself. At the center, Nik was fantastic - he explained the whole process and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. My personal experience was very successful as I had a full recovery of hearing within a week. I would very much recommend this center.

I got a concussion playing hockey. I made an appointment with Lisa and she found 2 spots for me the very next day. I kept going twice a day for a week, then once a day for the following 3 weeks. Then down to three times a week. By the time I went to the neurotherapy centre for an evaluation they were not making the biggest deal of my injury. There were some additional exercises they provided, to retrain my eyes and inner ears, and *this morning* was the first time back on the ice after three months. Just some drills, but I’m just so grateful! Tom and Nik were excellent sources of knowledge, and they took the time to explain everything. Maya has the best bedside manner, and is so conscientious. The downtown location with underground parking in the building makes it easy to navigate. The facilities are spacious and clean, and having access to all the streaming services really helped pass the time. I found that while pressuring-up I had to regulate my ears by blocking my nose and blowing out quite a few times, but it was never uncomfortable. Pressuring back down was easier; it just made me yawn a lot. What I also liked was that I had my own changing room. You can change into the surgical scrubs (blue drawstring pants and white t shirt) in your own little lockable cubicle and although there’s a safe in each room, I never even thought to use it. An added bonus is having 80 minutes where my phone was inaccessible :)

The most amazing staff and treatment. Right from day 1, I felt so comfortable. The whole team was committed to my full recovery. I came in with a mild concussion 3 weeks before my wedding and they cured me and always ensured I was progressing and feeling good. I am excited to continue just doing maintenance treatment and getting to see the lovely team again. Thank you all!
