Just Breathe Hyperbarics

I really enjoy my sessions at Just Breathe. From the first call, Harry was incredibly helpful at answering all questions that I had (And there were many!). I wanted to try HOT but was hesitant as I wasn't sure how I would feel being in an enclosed space for a full hour. He was incredibly supportive, took time and explained everything with great care. I was a bit nervous at first but once I understood how it works and what would happen, I started to not only enjoy my time in the chamber but also see real benefits from the treatment. Improved sleep, focus and energy to name a few. It has now become precious "me" time that I enjoy with a good book. The chamber, once inflated is a lot more spacious than I thought and I find it super cosy and comfortable. Thank you Harry!

I have been living with Long Covid for over 5 years. These include symptoms of extreme fatigue, headaches, breathlessness, which has meant I havent been able to return to work. I tried every medicine/alternative medicine under the sun. Then I tried Just Breathe, and everything changed. Within 2 sessions, I noticed more enery and less breathlessness. After 6 sessions I felt myself again. I cannot understate how this hyberbaric chamber has changed my life! As a side benefit, my chronic Asthma has all but disappeared! The chamber is really comfortable and I love the feeling of the air through the neck support. It is something I genuinely look forward to every week.
