Hyperbaric Wound Care Clinic

Worst ever. Keep your wheel chair next to you. My mother came to this place to get her wound cleaned. She had her toe amputated. They nurse or lady that helps the patients wheeled her to the room. They had my mom get on the table. The lady then took my moms brand new wheel chair and parkered it out side the room. Why?? My mom said there was room for the chair in the room.Then they showed her how to clean her wound. They closed the door. Then when my mother was ready to leave. The nurse brings in a differnt wheel chair. My mom tells her, that is not my chair. The nurse said yes this is. My mom said no its all black i just got it on sunday 8~21~16. The nurse then shows my mom that her name was on it. My mother said no i didnt put my name on it i just got it....i want my chair!! They insist that it was her. My brother should up and say the same thing. My brother told them this is not her chair ...my mom signed for a chair from the University hospital and this chair needs to be returned. They acted like my fayouly didnt know the difference. Im so mad this chair is to be given back to the hospital or she will be billed for it. I cant believe this could happen to my mom. She is going through a lot and these people have no respect. I will make a police report and some one will pay for the chair. My mom doesn't need to treated like this. Please watch your stuff make sure a family takes pics or the goes with yo to this clinic, do not trust any one.
