I cannot recommend hyperbaric chamber oxygen therapy enough! Initially, I started treatments to help heal my broken wrist, as I’d heard it was excellent for speeding up recovery and reducing inflammation—and it delivered exactly that. The results were remarkable, with noticeable improvements in my healing process far quicker than I anticipated. What I didn’t expect, however, were the additional benefits that have completely exceeded my expectations. My sleep has improved dramatically—I wake up feeling genuinely refreshed. My mental clarity is sharper, and I’ve experienced a significant reduction in brain fog, which has been a game-changer for my productivity and focus. I also feel more energized throughout the day, and on top of all that, I’m looking and feeling better overall. Hyperbaric therapy has been such a transformative experience, and I’m so grateful I gave it a try. If you’re considering it for injury recovery or even general wellness, I can confidently say it’s worth every session.

I cannot praise the spa experience enough. I think I tried every treatment, I experienced the massages with Christina who is the best masseuse I have ever experienced, she worked on very old knots using her hands and modern massage tools. The spa has invested in infrared and blue light therapy wraps which I used at the some time as being massaged. I also tried out the hyperbolic chamber which is a pressurised chamber with 100% oxygen which was so good, I immediately signed up for more treatments with Carolina. Both ladies were extremely knowledgeable and professional and provided first class treatments. I cannot wait to return for more. Amazing experience! I followed my partner to Albufeira for his work for a few days. The party scene is not my thing, but this spa made it worth it! Hidden among hectic street is this beautiful center of serenity. I just finished my PhD and feel like I was carrying a huge weight on my shoulders and tension in my legs from sitting all the time. I opted for three treatments: sauna/steam room, full-body manual lymph drainage massage, and infrared therapy with PEMF. I feel super refreshed and am even considering coming back on a future trip! FULLY recommend!
