Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy of Western New York

I broke my leg on December 1st and had surgery on December 5th. We have a trip to Hawaii on January 9th...My husband suggested I get treatment in a hyperbaric chamber and found this place for me to aid in healing. I've gone 3 times a week and also have added on the PEMF treatment as suggested by Craig, the owner. I went to my follow up appointment today with my surgeon and they were surprised at how well I am healing both with the fracture and the incision sight. They also said my swelling was almost unnoticeable. I was able to get a boot today and my staples removed as well and they previously weren't sure if that would be possible at this point. I know this is because of the treatment I am getting with Craig and his team. Also, the days that I have the treatments, I feel great and pain free the rest of the day. It's amazing how much it works. I am so grateful to them. And I have to add that I have always felt so welcome and they have such a family like and cozy atmosphere. They always make me feel special and they truly want me to be comfortable and always make sure I have everything I need. With my leg, they always made sure to make sure it was nice and elevated and cozy and they always made sure to even put some extra red light treatment pads under it. I would give this place 100 stars if I could. If you are on the fence about it, I encourage you to hop that fence and do it! You won't regret it. I will be continuing my treatments for as long as I can and I'm sure I will even after I'm healed because they offer so much more than what I am receiving now.

The service: I bought and renewed multiple packages during my time at Rochester. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The oxygen therapy I underwent substantially assisted with my mental wellbeing and overall recovery from prior health conditions. I've tried multiple avenues in TCM, massage therapy, and oxygen therapy is next level. If only more people would know about the benefits that these therapies can bring to our bodies! The staff: Craig, the boss, and his staff are very kind and accommodating people. They know their stuff and they'll make you feel welcome no matter what you come in for. Do yourself a service and consider giving this a try, it may help you out like it did me. There's a reason why Lebron sleeps in one of these things.

It was an amazing experience! I was a bit anxious, initially, for the first 10 minutes, but it got better once I relaxed. The technician, Trish, was exceptional and helped me relaxed by doing a deep breathing exercise. Craig, the owner was very friendly and came out to introduce himself. There were other staff there as well and they were all very friendly which helped make the experience a great one. The environment is very relaxing and cozy. I felt rejuvenated after my first session. I will definitely be coming back!

I tried this after a recommendation from a friend and after finding it on Groupon. I was told that, as someone with asthma, the oxygen therapy might be helpful. The building it's located in is a little hard to identify, so parking was a bit tricky. The office space is in an old, large building in the nice part of downtown. It's small, but very welcoming and warm. The staff were attentive and really knew what they were doing. The procedure was clearly explained and my questions were all answered. I was a little nervous, so I definitely had many questions but the guy helping me was patient and friendly. There are 4 chambers in one room, but everyone gets in at different times so you have your privacy. You can wear whatever is comfortable and bring your phone in for videos or music. While in the chamber, the guy was careful since I have issues with pressure in my ears I didn't feel rushed to get acclimated or for my ears to adjust to the pressure. The machine is really loud and pretty small, but you quickly get used to it. Even with minor ear discomfort, I will be going back again! After just an hour of being in that small tube, I feel like I could run a marathon with all my energy! I definitely recommend this to anyone who is thinking of trying it!
