Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy was recommended to me after battling with low immunity levels. I couldn't be more happy with my experience. Bex has a wealth of knowledge and I felt like my comfort was her priority. After only a few sessions in the chamber I noticed a huge positive difference in my energy levels, immunity, mental health and general well being. I have recommended HBOT to family and friends who are suffering from similar immunity issues. The whole HBOT team are super approachable, caring and are a great support on your health journey.
I worried I might feel a bit uneasy in a small space but didn't at all, found it very relaxing in fact. Also helped that Bex is very lovely and reassuring and let me take my time to feel comfortable. I felt great after my session and have noticed I am sleeping more deeply at night so am very happy about that ! I would have no hesitation recommending this treatment to others.
I came to Bex with a sports injury affecting my lower back that was causing pain, limiting my mobility and causing sciatica in my leg.
