Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy at Chelsea Bridge Clinic

I went here for 9 sessions at the end of 2023. I found the whole team to be friendly, professional and flexible. As I am chronically ill, I struggled to get to them, despite them giving me lifts (for free) to the local train station. I had to cancel once late notice and was allowed to rearrange. A few times I was late, and I was always treated kindly. My ears are typically slow to equalise and often hurts when I go on planes, but they had a few techniques that helped, and I was able to ask them to slow down, as it's a one-to-one service. Thank you for all your help!

This clinic has been a life saver for me. I had cosmetic surgery and started seeing Laura who is a brilliant nurse, very knowledgeable and kind who is helping me with my scars and aftercare regarding healing. She is so helpful with the aftercare of my surgery. I also do the Oxygen therapy in this clinic and the quality is excellent with brilliant people monitoring the process. The staff are so supportive and lift my mood every time I come in to the clinic. James, Iza, Laura and the lovely admin staff are extremely welcoming.

Let me start by saying that the quality of the oxygen therapy delivered here is really excellent. Also I was impressed with the staff who administer this treatment - they are all very friendly and professional! Unfortunately though it seems that if you cannot attend a session for any reason, or are delayed, there is absolutely zero flexibility to reschedule (even for the following day!) Appointments seemed to be very limited, and even though I actually stayed at a hotel nearby (making myself as available as possible) I was still not able to complete my first 10 sessions due to scheduling issues, which is extremely frustrating, especially as I was spending over £1K on treatment. Fortunately I have contacted another clinic in London, with plenty of time slots available, and continued my treatment with them.

Absolutely FANTASTIC clinic!! Best in London!! Josi, Eza, Sheila and Jake took such great care of my father and I. Very thorough, professional, friendly and kind. We were a last-minute booking, very time-sensitive, but they went above and beyond for us. HBOT is phenomenal but much of that is down to the provider and these guys are second to none. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Thank you so so much. Brilliant business. THANK YOU!!!!

I believe that this is the best private clinic in London. I started hyperbaric oxygen to boost my energy and improve my running and I had a noticeable improvement after the first 3 sessions, in particular on my energy, my sleep and my recovery after sport. I recommend the clinic and its lovely team!
