5 totalMatt is a very experienced and qualified therapist with a background in treating elite athletes. I am not in the category but he keeps me tuned up and able to do what I love to do in my advancing years. Comforting to know that I am treated by someone with so much knowledge and experience.
Matt works wonders on your body and is very 'hands on' in his treatment spending the whole appointment massaging, manipulating and getting the body back om track.
Move Well is an excellent place to get better. All the staff at Move Well is very friendly, especially that girl Lily. Lily was a very welcoming receptionist and was very polite.
I went to see Matt last year for a really bad back after several years of pain and trying all sorts of treatments ... within 3 visits not only was my lower back almost 100% better, but I now knew what to do to maintain it. Highly recommend Matt.
Matt is THE GUY if you are looking for a relief from pain. Definetely recommended.
