Clondalkin Village is keeping a secret. A magical place where you enter with your shoulders around your ears and leave by floating out the door. Berni's yoga class was fantastic, learning new positions and poses while still being restorative, and the recovery room is possibly the best I've been to, it inspired me to stay longer in the cold plunge than I ever have yet. Keith's knowledge and energy only makes this place even more special. Check it out!
