My aesthetician, Ting, deserves special recognition. Her approach was both professional and personable; she was friendly, highly knowledgeable, and a delight to talk to. It is so refreshing to find a clinic that prioritizes patient comfort and genuine care over sales tactics. There was zero hard selling, which built immense trust. This is my new go-to place for aesthetic treatments.

Been going for multiple sessions for the past few months. The consultant there is very friendly and passionate. She listens and gives good advice on how to take care of myself after the treatment. No pressure from her at all. Definitely considering going for more sessions in future.
Consultant was friendly and conscientious. You find that she won’t hard sell or dramatize your facial condition to up sell. When it’s good maintenance, she’ll be fair in her analysis. Rather small place, not much vibes, but people was a good comfort to try - for trial services. Easier to get there by bus 2 stops down from via Woodleigh than walking from the train station, not much shelter available
I went for the V-face slimming treatment where they utilised tools that help increase collagen production as well! While I believe that multiple treatments would be required in order to see a more obvious change to the facial shape, I did notice my skin being extremely smooth and “bouncy” right after the treatment. It has been a week since and the effects are still obvious. The consultant tending to me was really nice and caring as well! I highly recommend this outlet!
