Health and Wellness with HBOT is amazing! Dr. Lopez is extremely knowledgeable about hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and the chamber experience was both relaxing and energizing. Leslie, Joss, Allie, and Gabe were all so kind and made me feel welcome and cared for. The red light therapy helped with inflammation, and the cold plunge was the perfect reset. You can tell the whole team truly cares. Highly recommend!

I recently had a tummy tuck and breast lift surgery. After fighting an infection for 3.5 full weeks (that started 2 weeks after the surgery), my surgeon connected me with Leslie at Hyperbaric Therapy in Paramus. I was ready to try anything at this point as my body was healing very slowly and my sutures were open for weeks. I met Leslie and her staff and they were wonderful. They all helped and worked around my schedule to make sure I got the treatments I needed consecutively. I tried this treatment with an open mind but I honestly did not expect the results I achieved. This was a godsend. I couldn’t believe that after 4 consecutive treatments my stitches healed completely. There was no more leaking fluids, no more open wounds, it was unbelievable! So much so that although the price was a bit steep, I went back and purchased additional sessions to speed up my recovery. I highly recommend this treatment to everyone that has had surgery. Your body goes into shock after surgery, and sometimes it cannot heal fast enough on its own (as I found out the hard way). This treatment will speed things up, it will close the wounds, heal the tissue etc… I normally do not spend time writing reviews, but I was so impressed with the fast results that I absolutely had to recommend this treatment to anyone on the fence about doing it. Just get it done! Your body will thank you.

My entire experience with Health and Wellness has been amazing! Leslie, the owner, makes you feel so special and truly cared for. The state of the art, holistic approach is a must for anyone wanting to heal naturally- whether it be after surgery or just for a “pick me up”. I highly recommend this facility for any and everyone. I will definitely be back to try out their other services, as well as the Amazing hard chamber oxygen therapy again! I give them Five enthusiastic stars- more if I could!

I did the cold plunge, infrared sauna, red light therapy and hyperbaric oxygen chamber. The cold plunge was such a reset, my God. Finished it up w infrared sauna which warmed me up. After, I hopped in the red light therapy room which felt very relaxing & then the oxygen chamber. That night I slept like a baby, woke up feeling refreshed for a change, & am definitely going BK. Referred all my friends as well Solid 5 stars, my body can feel the difference. Very nice place inside, too. Highly recommended 🙏🕯️
