A staff member will greet you. To echo the other reviews, the staff are very nice and professional. The office and chambers are very clean. Thomas, the owner, is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with questions that you may have. The hours are also very flexible. They also sell packages with different price points to make the HBOT experience very affordable.
