I feel amazing during and after the red light sauna. Ending the treatment with a mineral shower. I definitely recommend this centre. Daniel is caring and knowledgeable. He clearly interested in clients health and wellbeing. Been here a few times and will make it part of my health care routine.
Came here on my birthday for lymphatic drainage and infra-red sauna. Wonderful experience. Symon was very attentive professional and knowledgeable. My back injury feels a great deal better and I left feeling light and energised. I will definitely be attending for more treatments.
