I had a very disappointing experience at City Clinic Mahboula today. The receptionist, Mika, was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic manners and hospitality toward patients. Courtesy and respectful communication are essential in a healthcare setting, and unfortunately, that was missing during my visit. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper customer service training to ensure a better experience for patients in the future.
I want to share my feedback to all I think this is the best dental clinic over Kuwait. I did visit in the clinic for my dental treatment Dr Revathy is one of the greatest dentist.
