The waiting time was much longer than expected, and it felt like the clinic still scheduled my appointment even though they already knew they were running behind. On top of that, I don’t understand why it took 15 minutes just to get a prescription. I hope the clinic can improve communication and time management so patients don’t feel rushed or left waiting without explanation.
Save yourself a headache, find a better clinic. Life is too short to put yours in these people's hands.

Just excellent! I'm so glad that I found my new doctor here! Staff in front are quick & friendly. Dr.(Allison) Jerome is the best! So nice to have a clever doc again. And Gihan at the pharmacy next door is so quick. It used to take me an hour to get my meds, now 5 minutes.
This clinic is really good. Dr. Chana is one of the best physicians I have come across in Canada. He genuinely cares about his patients’ health and their well-being. And he is very knowledgeable as well. The reception staff are also very warm and welcoming.
