Paloma was incredible—so attentive, gentle, and genuinely caring throughout my experience. During my first session, I had pain in one of my ears, and she handled it with such care and sensitivity. By my third session, I felt completely comfortable. I completed eight sessions and was amazed at how quickly my healing progressed. This place is truly outstanding. The staff was exceptional from start to finish. I only wish I had been able to stay longer. It’s been difficult to find anything comparable or as affordable back in the States. I’m extremely grateful for the time and care I received there. Thank you Bonnie Russell!

Thrilled with my experience at MHO2! The price was reasonable, the service prompt, and the staff excellent (Paloma is my new best friend….thanks for your professionalism and promptness in responding to my requests for appointments, Paloma). I’ve had 8 hyperbaric oxygen sessions so far at MH02 in Ajijic and really enjoyed them. I chose to try hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) for longevity after watching a video by Bryan Johnson and reading several research papers on its cognitive and antiinflamatory benefits. It’s very relaxing to be able to watch TV or YouTube or listen to music during each 1 hour session. The 2 employees there are very professional and attentive. The 3 glass chambers are comfortable and the glass walls prevent any feeling of claustrophobia for me. Plus, the cost is great compared to what I’ve paid in the US, UK and Canada.
