The customer service Tim provides it beyond anything I could’ve ever imagined. Firstly, Tim was polite, understanding and extremely accommodating. I explained to Tim that I would be arriving by train and he immediately offered to come pick me up from the station. When I introduced my Disability, Tim, in his own time, uncovered effective solutions for my ease and comfort. He even offered to drive me home which was approximately 8 miles. The hyperbaric chamber was easy to access, and thanks to the pillows and blanket provided, rather homely; falling asleep wasn’t out of the question. Tim kept me notified of essential steps such as depressurisation time via a walkie-talkie. He also periodically glimpsed through the window on the side of the chamber to ensure I was alright. The chamber exceeded my expectations and I find that my recovery has accelerated noticeably. I wholeheartedly recommend Tim and the service he provides as I truly believe that he cares about the health and well-being of people. One thing I can say with complete certainty, is that Tim provides unmatched customer service with true sincere intent. My sincerest gratitude.

I had an incredible experience here!! It really helped my brother and I prepare and replenish our body’s for our kickboxing world title fights, and we really saw the benefits. We both because the semi professional and professional world champions! Tim, the owner, is amazing and provided exceptional support throughout the session. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enhance their performance or is looking to use them for the many health benefits the chambers provid.
