Have been going for a year now — at first a few times a week, now just every couple of weeks. The HBOT sessions have made a real difference to my energy and recovery. Matt and team are exceptional.

Have been going for a year now - at first a few times a week, now just every couple of weeks or so. Not a controlled experiment so I can't be 100% sure but it has coincided with a very dramatic improvement in mood, which appears to be lasting (2025 has been a good one!). Matt from Breathe says others have reported similar and it does feel to me that there's a link, so definitely worth a try if you struggle with low moods. Also, it's a nice chilled time in there, and a beautiful place with loads of lush plants and very friendly lovely staff. Thanks guys x

I've been going to Breathe for the last few months and am continually impressed with the love, thought and vision that go into keeping it such a unique and inspiring place. Matt and Joe have fashioned an oasis of tranquility from an unassuming industrial space.

I’ve been going to Breathe for the last few months and am continually impressed with the love, thought and vision that go into keeping it such a unique and inspiring place to be part of. Matt and Joe have fashioned an oasis of tranquility from an unassuming industrial space. Just taking the step inside makes me feel warmer and lighter. The staff are wonderful - knowledgeable, helpful and kind; available as much or as little as you need them - a tacit understanding that underpins the entire ethos and atmosphere at Breathe, and which seems to permeate through anyone using it. Furnished to echo the culture of welcome and calm - and always spotlessly clean - the facilities are perfect: understated, beautiful - maintained and improved upon to reflect a sensitive observation of client need. The HBOT itself is incredibly relaxing. Existing in a bubble for an hour with the world shut outside - who doesn’t need this from time-to-time? My own experience is that my mind and body do what they need to do in there. Sometimes I read, make a list, do a crossword; sometimes I just close my eyes or sleep. Anything goes in the pod and it’s ok. Safe in the awareness that the staff are in discrete attendance the whole time. (Lewis, Abby - thank you!). I love this place, and love looking forward to the regular retreat it offers. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in need of rest and healing.

Really great business run by really great people. What cost me £150 in London cost me £39 here — and Breathe was a better experience. Excellent. HBOT works. The next addition (red light therapy bed) makes Breathe a real one-stop wellness shop.

Really Great business run by really great people. What cost me £150 in London cost me £39 here - and breathe was a better experience. Excellent. Try. HBOT works!! the next addition (red light therapy bed) makes Breathe real 1 stop wellness shop. We need it! IV therapy options could be added in future Matt for total 1 stop wellness shop. Just brilliant quality and service on show here - Super professional safety conscious & caring too

I have been using Breathe for just over 2 months now for long covid recovery. My experience has been very positive and the one most outstanding thing about Breathe is the staff. By far they are the most bubbly, attentive, sincere, professional and kind group of young people you could ever meet. Lewis is a natural people person and the three girls are always so naturally welcoming. The price is very affordable too and the attention to detail on how the place looks and feels is very impressive, I think it’s a place that runs on good energy and compassion rather than financial gain, which is why I hope and believe Breathe will become a market leader.

I have been a member of Breathe for a month now. I was a bit nervous on my first visit, but Matt is so lovely, and made me feel at ease. Matt, Joe and not forgetting Jimmy (the super friendly dog), have created a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. Definitely give the taster session a go if you are thinking of trying HBOT.
