⚠️⚠️ DO NOT GO HERE!!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️ These people here are butchers if they see an opportunity to make money on you and milk your insurance they will go ahead and do it and not care about your well-being. Once you signed, the first page on the application you are at their mercy. They will lie about your condition and do procedures that’s not necessary. If I could give zero stars I’ll do it but reviews don’t let you. Every time I visited this practice I felt a lot of anxiety and despair like my guts was telling me to get out of that place. I’m warning you do not go there for the sake of your well-being. Hope this review find you new patients well.

I went there two nights ago stating I have asthma that I was exposed to someone with the walking pneumonia and I am prone to bronchitis and all they did was give me a steroid and a breathing treatment the next night I was in another hospital and now today I am positive for the flu did absolutely nothing further to help me with my situation other than suggest another breathing treatment. they might treat you nice to your face but honestly they don't care

I cut my leg and received 10 stiches at the emergency room. They told me to contact your office for wound care. I called the office at least 6 times and left 3 messages to call me back. I never received a call back. I finally went to the office in person. This is now 2 weeks after I had the injury. At the office, they said they are only in the office on Tuesdays. It would have been helpful if their voice mail stated this instead of saying they would call back ASAP. At the office, they said they could get me an appointment in two weeks. I told them I needed care now. The office manager said if I could return at 4pm they could get me in. Before I left the office, they called me back up and said the doctor said I should just go back to the emergency room. Very bad customer service.

This is the 2nd time they have literally saved my life in a year. The staff, doctors and nurses are all amazing and very attentive. I appreciated the clear communication of everything they were doing and why. I can’t say enough good things about this hospital.

My experience with Dr. Linton and her staff was really great. Always felt like my health was their top-priority. Receptionist Wanitha (sp?) was very professional and accommodating. Although sharing the waiting area with Urgent Care is not ideal, the care received by the Wound Care staff was wonderful.
